About these terms

These terms cover your use of claimtorch.com. In these terms, "Claimtorch", "we" and "us" mean Claimtorch. If you become a client, your written service agreement with us governs the service, and it takes priority over anything on this website.

What Claimtorch does

• We prepare submit-ready manufacturer warranty claim packets for HVAC contractors from the closed-job paperwork you send us.
• Assist: your office reviews each packet and submits it on the distributor's or manufacturer's portal.
• Desk: we file and follow up only on Ferguson's public warranty form, with your written authority, and on Carrier Enterprise, after your admin adds Claimtorch as its own user. Every other portal stays with your office.
• We never ask for shared portal passwords.

No guarantee of approval

Manufacturers and distributors decide whether to approve a claim, how much credit to give and when. We can't guarantee that any claim will be approved, or the amount or timing of any credit.

Your responsibilities

• Send us accurate, complete information, and only information you have the right to share.
• Keep track of the deadlines that apply to your claims. We flag claim windows, but meeting them depends on getting the paperwork in time.
• On Assist, review each packet before you submit it.

Fees

This website doesn't list prices. Your fees are set in your written agreement.

The calculator on this site does simple math on the numbers you enter. Its results are estimates, not a promise of results.
